Alta Landing Apartments

Apartments are new and nice. But lately few things are changing like noise’s neighbors. Walls are thin so you can hear anything. Also parking is not allowed on the Joplin at anymore and reserved parking signs are hard to read at night time. I just got towed and it was a hefty $300 plus fee. The AC is also very loud since it’s inside the closet. Dog park has lots of droppings, during summer people jumped the fence to get in the pool that don’t live here. Overall its safe and staff and maintenance crew is very helpful.

The service attendant Michael H. Is amazing! He very knowledgeable kind and patient with each resident . I came in today with some grievances and needed assistance with the online website. Michael was able to assist me not just with the website, but showed me how to use different apps that help residences at Alta. He’s been in employee for about five months and has made an improvement in the atmosphere in the front office and enhanced the overall team . At least my experience living here. Again, I have to express how grateful I am for Michael . He helped me , heard me out , and reassured me that there is improvement coming to the property and he did everything he could two successfully help me through my concerns and grievances that I had. I feel more confident and welcomed, To live here.

By far my best experience at an apt or community EVER! Since the first time I visited Alta landing Micheal, who works the leasing office and is super helpful and inviting made my children and I feel so welcome and didn’t stop short of finding us everything we have been looking for in our new home! Alta landing is a beautiful and extremely friendly community and I definitely recommend if you’re looking in the area for your next place to call home! 🏡

I am a current resident and my apartment itself is great. I have really enjoyed my life here this past year. However, I will say that if you are unable to actually GO into the office and speak face to face with office staff with a time sensitive issue, good luck getting it resolved in a timely manner. Alta Landing is very good about sending reminder emails about parking, inspections and such, but I have had an EXTREMELY hard time getting a hold of anyone in the office by phone, text, AND/OR email. Up until about 6 months ago it was pretty easy, but recently its like pulling teeth to get an answer. My lease is up in April and I have been trying to ask them if I need to give a 60 day notice that I will not be resigning a lease (I'm not leaving because of this issue with the complex, I have accepted a job for which I need relocating), and I have yet to even receive a response answering my question. I am also unable to access anything other than payment options in my resident portal, so viewing my lease is not even an option. But even if I did send them my notice, I would never know if they actually received it! I have been told the most effective way to get a hold of them is through their iMessage, but so far that has also been a let down. I hate to rate this apartment complex so low because I love this complex, but I do not like that it is so difficult to get a hold of office staff outside of going into the actual office. Hopefully that is something they can alter for future residents!

I moved in a few months ago and it still feels like I’m living on vacation! The pool and workout spaces are gorgeous and well kept. And the community is fairly active w activities and people lounging around the pool! Plus the couple of issues I’ve had in my apartment were taken care of immediately if not sooner! Plus I love that I have a yard for my dogs and to watch the sunset.
